This summary explains how propertyBook stores and uses data for the service.
Data storage
propertyBook stores user-provided property records, uploaded files, metadata, chat context, and derived operational records so the service can organize and retrieve the user's records.
AI and model use
AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude models, accessed through Anthropic's commercial API. Content sent for AI processing is never used by Anthropic to train models, is processed statelessly, and is deleted by Anthropic within 30 days. Within propertyBook, personally identifying data is not used to train models.
Market intelligence
Property data may be used in aggregate or averaged form for market intelligence, benchmarking, and service analytics without using PID to train models.
Deletion
Users may request deletion. Once deleted, Portkey Technologies Pte. Ltd. deletes data under its control to the best of its ability. Publicly available files or copies outside our control cannot be guaranteed to be fully removed.
