Terms of Service
These terms describe the service permissions needed for propertyBook to store, process, and organize user data.
Service license
By using propertyBook, the user gives Portkey Technologies Pte. Ltd. a non-exclusive, perpetual permission to store submitted data and a license to use it with AI systems to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Sub-licensing for service delivery
The user grants the rights needed to sub-license or process data with vendors, infrastructure providers, AI systems, and service partners in the course of providing propertyBook.
AI processing and your data
propertyBook uses Anthropic's Claude models, accessed through Anthropic's commercial API, to power document understanding and conversational features. When these features are used, the relevant content is transmitted to Anthropic for processing under Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service.
No model training on your content
Anthropic is contractually prohibited from training models on API customer content. Nothing submitted to propertyBook can influence the model's behavior for any other person or organization. Users retain ownership of the inputs they provide and the outputs generated for them; neither propertyBook nor Anthropic acquires rights to them beyond what is needed to provide the service.
Stateless processing and limited retention
Each AI request is processed independently; the model retains no memory of user data between requests, and no dedicated copy of user data lives inside the model. Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days of processing, except where content is flagged for violating Anthropic's Usage Policy or retention is required by law.
Provider reliance
propertyBook does not operate or fine-tune these models itself. Our ability to make these commitments depends on Anthropic honoring its commercial terms, as published at anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms. If we change AI providers or Anthropic materially changes these terms, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
User responsibility
Users should upload only data they have rights to use and share with the service, and should not submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized materials.
Deletion limits
Deletion can be requested. We delete data under our control to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee deletion of publicly available files, third-party copies, or materials outside our control.
